SURVEY CONTROL MANAGER

Description:
Plans, organizes, and directs work of one or more survey parties engaged in surveying the Site area surface to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction.

• Determines methods and procedures for establishing or reestablishing survey control.

• Keeps accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed.

• Coordinates findings with work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with project.
• Performing or supervising a variety of survey functions, including legal descriptions

• Calculation and recording of field data

• Performing or overseeing creation of plot plans

Experience Required:
• Will have a minimum of 15 years experience, with 5 years in the field of construction survey control in
a supervisory position.
• Previous assignment as Engineering or Survey Manager of a large civil or building project.
• Appropriate experience in civil engineering works.
• Graduate from an accredited institution, specializing in a relevant field of study
