PRODUCTION WELL OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER

Description:
• Define, plan and manage production studies (as required by the E&P programme) to the highest industry standards thereby ensuring consistency with other subsurface disciplines such as Reservoir Engineering and Drilling
• Prepare and validate testing, monitoring, workover and well data acquisition programmes through the involvement of Supervisors on site
• Prepare, negotiate and evaluate invitations to tender in order to optimize the operations work to be done
• Ensure that the latest production technology is implemented in all studies
• Analyse and contribute to the definition of the production systems to be used in fields worldwide
• Validate data used as input in interpretation studies and models

Experience Required:
• A good Production Engineering degree
• At least 10 years experience in oil & gas production in different global locations
• Very good knowledge of production software and models
• Good knowledge of techniques and tools for testing, monitoring, workovers, etc,.
• Good knowledge of related Geoscience disciplines
