Description:
• Submit proposed recommendations to guarantee the spread of new technologies for use in Drilling Operations & Production.
• Contribute to the definition of the main technical Operations trends within the Company
• Ensure the implementation of the Company’s Technology Standards on all new technology, and to prepare invitations to tender for new technology which incorporate these Standards
• Validate programmes and studies of Production & Drilling Operations in order to guarantee quality and the most effective use of technology
• Ensure that all activities are reported accurately, data reports are validated, accurate records of all Operations activities are maintained, and Operations work schemes are prepared.
• Ensure secure archiving and on-going management of acquired information
• Define, plan and manage Operations studies by designing the objectives of a study and issuing recommendations to those in charge of these studies and interpreters
• Contribute to the development of production models within the framework of integrated projects
• Maintain the quality of analogue knowledge
• Manage, coach and train staff in new technologies by organising appropriate seminars

Experience Required:
• ENSPM or a good Engineering degree
• At least 10 years experience in Production Operations and Drilling
• Proficiency in Operations techniques and tools
• Operations software literate
• Good knowledge of techniques and tools for all kind of operations
