Introduction
BG International Group awarded Delton a Global Contract to provide Workplace Competency Assessment services to its worldwide assets. The first ‘call-off’ was to mobilise a multi-discipline team to conduct on-site skills and knowledge assessment of its workforce in Egyptian LNG (A BG Asset).
Initially; 2 x teams of 4 specialist Assessor/Internal Verifier Consultants were mobilised to ELNG site at Idku, near Alexandria, Egypt.
Per Egyptian National/Local Content Policy, BG International assigned Delton to develop the skills of Egyptian Nationals through on-the-job (OJT) training and assessment, against BG International’s in-house Competency Standards.
