The Delton Group is one of the leading providers of Technical Recruitment, Training and Competency Assurance, Technical and Training Publications and related Consultancy services to the Worldwide Energy Industry over a period of 35 years.

History

Delton’s history dates back to 1949 and a company called Overseas Technical Services (OTS).   Bruce Livesley joined OTS in Libya in 1968,  Arnold Almond then jointed OTS is 1983 and they effected a management buyout of OTS South East Asia in 1988.   OTS was then changed to Delton Personnel and Delton Personnel International with main offices in the UK and Singapore.   The Delton Group has gone from strength to strength since then and has formed new companies,  partnerships and joint ventures with many companies around the World.  Providing full project lifecycle Technical Services in the areas of  Technical Manpower, Competency and Training and Technical Consultancy to the Worldwide Energy Industry.
