After qualifying in business studies at Stockport College of Further Education Bruce Livesley joined Overseas Technical Service Libya as a Financial Administrator in 1968. Two years later moved to Nigeria as Area Manager responsible for petroleum contract negotiations, administration, personnel and government relations. Later spent two years in a similar capacity in Indonesia. In 1975 was appointed Operations Director responsible for activities in South East Asia, West Africa and the Middle East.
In 1981 became Regional Director for Overseas Technical Service based in Singapore and in 1984 was appointed Managing Director of Operations. In December 1988 was part of the management team who effected a buy out of The Overseas Technical Service (SEA) Ltd Group of Companies, now part of The Delton Group.
Bruce is a “Fellow of the Energy Institute (FEI)”.
After graduating in Business Studies Simon joined the Delton Group of Companies in 1993 as Personnel Administrator. Working at the Delton Group head office in the UK he quickly gained experience in all aspects of Overseas Engineering Recruitment, Administration and Employee Relations.
During his 25 years employment with The Delton Group he has held various titles including, Training Centre Development Co-ordinator, Group I.T Co-ordinator, Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Manager, Office Manager, Senior Project Manager and more recently International Project Director.
He has a keen interest in Information Technology and looks after the Groups I.T needs, including their state of the art Internet Communication System and Web Based Contract Management Systems, as well as managing large scale International Recruitment and Training projects from initial conception through to project completion.
He has worked on projects in the UK, China, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Libya and Kazakhstan. He holds qualifications in Computer Studies, Economics and Business Studies.
